Sinopsis: George is a crossword creator who has given up everything for his art…personal hygiene included. He hasn't left home in a year. He's afraid to. Besides, his agent Malcolm does everything, but Malcolm likes goading George by comparing him to his nemesis, a word jumbler. George takes his frustrations out on his neighbor Ruth's yappy dog (also named George), cursing the dog to die. The dog dies. Malcolm learns that George died in Ruth's arms. He doesn't realize she's talking about her dog. Malcolm cancels George's utilities and leaves for Vegas…to grieve. Cut off from food, power and smokes, George crashes his funeral to survive. But, it's not for him. It's for George the dog.
